Hm, well it's no worse than Burnaby,which has signs stating "Welcome to Burnaby. A nuclear weapons free zone".I've seen plenty of heroin and crack addicts in Vancouver in the "colourful" DES, but never a nuclear weapon in Burnaby.Of course they may hide them.DMorris
